This place should just close
They started out great, hot waffle fries and ice cold 20 oz sodas to go with their perfectly hand-crafted cheesesteaks. Fast forward a year later and you can't even get a delivery because they haven't had a delivery guy for weeks, their combos now come with warm canned sodas, flavorless chunks of potatoes, and stringy disgusting cheesesteaks. I have ordered from this place a ton but today I have decided to start buying food elsewhere. There is just no point anymore. Thumbs down.

Great Place
Tried this place on a friend's recommendation and it was great. I've gotten delivery twice in the past two weeks. Each time the food came quickly, was hot and was good. Wings are awesome too. Its definitely in my delivery rotation.

Slow delivery
The Cheesesteak Factory has good food, but I would not recommend ordering delivery. They deliver until 4:00 am, which is a big plus, but I ordered one Saturday night at 2:00 am and did not get my food until 3:30. I called repeatedly, and they assured me that the food would be there "any minute." When it finally came, the order was wrong. I ordered delivery again today, and it took 50 minutes and the order was wrong again.

Cheesesteak Factory on Bell Blvd
I went into this place after work one night (I work on Bell), and have become a loyal patron ever since. The people are so friendly, the prices are good, and the food is AMAZING! They have everything from cheesesteak to chicken cheesesteak to salads on the menu. I brought a friend with me the next time I went, and she is addicted now too! My 2 yr old son was running around one night when I brought him, and the whole staff played with him and kept him so entertained! They even asked for him the next time I was in there after that. If you're looking for excellent food in a nice, clean place, that is well priced and staffed by friendly people - this is the place for you!

what a concept
i was out one night with friends and came across this new eatery called the cheesesteak factory onBELL BLVD in queens the atmosphere was inviting new releases of movies were playing the servicew was fantastic the cheesesteak was soo delicious fries were great . It was open till 4 Am for us dirty stay outs and was a fun place to be So the cheeseteak factory is my new favorite place to eat and they deliever as a matter of fact im calling right now i can go for one

Great after club night spot...
While vacationing in New York for Winter break...after hitting a few of the great bars in the Village ... a few too many drinks and in dear need of a good late night meal ...the big crowd inside the Cheesesteak Factory looked inviting. I must admit as a native of Philly and thinking New York City had nothing on us...well I was wrong....their cheesesteaks can really compete with the ORIGINAL...and their cheap prices and service made the experience even greater. Enjoy...We sure did!

One Midnight on the Town
My husband and I were hungry with chicken and cheesesteaks on our mind and WAALAH Cheesesteak Factory was not only open 24/7 Their cheesechicken and cheesesteak sandwiches were to die for with excellent service and music as if you were in your own living room. 100 STARS.
