Well ... they are busy as can be but I can't understand why. Portions are quite small. Tasty but nothing to get excited about. No spiciness at all. Salad was very good and then it all went downhill from there. Servers can't WAIT to get you to leave. Noise level is very loud. Bathrooms are in the basement and you have to go by kitchen stuff happening I wish I hadn't seen. Ugh.

I've ate at the restaurant twice and I fell in love with the food. The Tequilla stock is impressive from Herencia de Plata Tequila Blanco to Monte Alban Mezcal (how can you go wrong). When you step inside the restaurant - it has that Brooklyn Heights/Carroll Gardens look but your still on Franklin Avenue. Crown Heights is back!!!!!

The brunch isn't terrible. The dinner isn't great. The service in the restaurant is barely passable. And for delivery...If you have any requests like don't ring a doorbell because you have a sleeping child, don't expect them to provide the delivery guy with your phone number! No more! The food's not good enough.

This is a fun place to go with friends for drinks and some food, but if you're expecting quality mexican, look elsewhere. Everything, rice, meat, queso, is just dried out and bland

Popular and crowded, but most of the customers are at the bar. Service and food was fast, everything was delicious and affordable. Can't go wrong unless you want quiet.

Since I started going her 6 months ago I have never been let down. It doesn’t matter if I am ordering take out or eating in the food is always delicious. This is one of my top 5 fav restaurant in BK!

I have ordered from this place half a dozen times and tried many different menu items to come to the sad conclusion that the food is dull, dull, dull. I really don't know how they manage to extract all the flavor from things that sound so delicious and have such robust ingredients. I've tried tacos, quesadillas, chilaquiles, taquitos and chicken mole all boring, bland and overpriced. Also what's with the guacamole, which is not worth your time, and no chips? I worked in Mexican restaurant and made the chips-it's not difficult-I was 14 at the time. Seriously. It really seems it's a place for drinkers not eaters. If you're interested in food there are 2 amazing Mexican places within blocks of this place. So keep walking and enjoy your evening out.
