    Yum Yum

I LOVE chat n' chew, my boyfriend and I go here all the time. Their mac and cheese is delicious. It's my favorite dish here. Uncle red's addiction is very tasty as well. And you can't forget about dessert. Their cupcake cake is to die for.

    Poor Service, Tastey Food

The food is great! Just like your mother used to make, everything tastes like home cookin'. The service is horrible though. If you order delivery sometimes they lose your order and you end up calling an hour later to ask where it is. Inside the restaurant is basically the same. You should give it a try though for the food because it is absolutely great. I recommend the Turkey Supper and Uncle Red's Addiction.

    Amazing

Have visited New York from London a few times and my favourite place ever, can't wait to return in February, definitely the first place I'll go to.

    Don't ask them to deliver!

I love chat n' chew, but their delivery service is poor. I called for delivery and the first time no one answered. I called again and I was placed on hold, then hung up on. I eventually got through, and placed my order. While I'm usually willing to invest $9 for their delicious hamburgers, this time it was delivered one to me on a dry bun (no "special sauce" or sprouts, etc. as advertised). Eat in if you can afford it, but don't deal with them for delivery.

    Wonderful!

Great food, nice atmosphere. I would suggest the macaroni and cheese or the vegetarian chili. I will definitely go back again.

    More than just a meal

Chat 'n Chew is an experience. Whether you're pining for Mom's meatloaf, wanting mashed potatoes and are short on cash, or just want 15 choices for dessert, this is the place for you. Chat 'n Chew is pure fun, starting with the down-home decorations and continuing through the menu. A must-have is the mac-n-cheese casserole (with the crusty top!), fortunately available as a side dish so you can try lots of different things. I have been here a dozen times and had different food each time, and I am never disappointed. Particular favorites: vegetarian chili, Thanksgiving dinner, pork chops...you simply cannot go wrong here. Enjoy their free refills on fountain soda and the staggering array of homemade desserts (under glass right by the door, of course!), and don't forget the ice cream. Not a super romantic place (it can get a little loud, but the music is fun time party music so you will not be bothered by it), but a fantastic spot for a small group outing.
