Take Out Only/Service!
Is it the best Chinese food in the world? Not by a long shot but Charley Mom is my go-to delivery for their stellar lunch special at least once a week. The food is above average and the portions are plentiful. I like the Sa-cha chicken and it comes with rice and soup and is $6.50. Can not beat that. I also often get the shrimp steamed dumplings which are delicious. The best thing about Charley Mom is the friendly staff and even the delivery guy is super friendly and boy are they quick. Strictly delivery only...no real seating in the restaurant. Loyal customer here.

Very disappointing rice
The dishes are very good! It's a pity the rice is of such poor quality.

Average to good chinese food
As some of the previous posters mentioned, you definitely don't want to actually eat here. delivery and takeout is prompt and courteous. the food tends to be a bit on the saucy side, but it's good for what it is. the price/value ratio is acceptable too! recommended dishes: stuffed eggplant with shrimp hot and sour soup grilled fish ball skewer pork with mushroom caps in oyster sauce beef with mushroom and bamboo shoot tofu, cellophane noodles & vegetables chinese spaghetti with brown meat sauce egg foo young

Very nice
It's not my usual place to celebrate Chinese Food Fridays, but I've had to cope with my haunt being closed. So, the food is good, and when my order was less than 10 dollars, they weren't sweating me to order something else. Handful of duck sauce packets? Not a problem. You can also tell that they've put effort into learning English and are above the conversational level, which is a small thing, but rare to run into in the world of chinese food where I spend most of my Fridays.

Good Food Fast Delivery
I've been looking for a chinese restaurant uptown to match that of Au Madarin and I found it! I ordered their shrimp lo mein and house special fried rice and it was delicious. Not to mention my delivery was about 15 minutes after I called. Only issues are I don't feel I got enough shrimp in either the lo mein or fried rice and they charged me a delivery fee which would have been fine if they said so in advance.
