Good ambient, decent food, poor service for delivery

I always thought the food was OK, and it was convenient enough. However, when they made my deliveries they didn't give me a receipt. So don't order from them if you need to expense this meal!

Pretty good food; pretty bad service

I think my waiter was new, because he had no idea what he was doing or saying, screwed up the order twice, and was generally in another world, but the food here was quite good. I got the Pho--which was tasty, albeit too big and lacking meat--and a chicken dish, which had very small portions. All tasted decently good. The thai iced tea was delicious, and well priced. The atmosphere and set up here is very chic and pleasant to be a part of as well.

    Best Viet in Midtown

Was walking to postal office and found this place. I gave it a chance and it didn't disappoint me. Great pho and spring roll. The service was ok. will come back!

We ordered delivery and it was overpriced for mediocre food with tiny portions. The $14 shrimp dish consisted of 4 pieces of tiny shrimp and some bok choy. The spring rolls are the size of mini hotdogs. The food was cold and very bland. I would never order from here again.

Went here tonight for dinner. We had the summer roll, lotus salad, beef pho and tofu bowl bun. The food was perfect. Our bill was just 40 bucks and we were stuffed and completely satisfied. The service was polite and efficient. The restaurant is chic and well designed. We had a great dinner and will definitely be back!

    Great little place

Fresh, great value and a well balanced menu. Sandwiches are good though the baguettes are a little tough. A new favorite though. Spring rolls are excellent and most importantly authentic and not the straight out the freezer standard spring rolls served too widely.

    amazingly fresh Vietnamese

on the outskirts of corporate midtown west where the lunch offering is sandwich after sandwich is this fresh and delicious jewel! my colleagues and i now order from here once a week - the shake and steak, canh, and banh mi are amazing. you really can't go wrong with anything you order. agree with the previous reviewer that it's all about quality over quantity here and the quality is outstanding.
