My office orders bagels from Champ's every Friday, and every single Friday, they have been burned BLACK (for the past 4 months). So this time, we kindly said, "We've had some complaints around the office that they've been a bit burned...can we make sure they're toasted but maybe just a bit lighter?" So they came not toasted AT ALL. I mean really...how hard is it to toast a bagel? We're done there.

Champs is a great place to grab a quick bite. Their blueberry muffins are fantastic and their fresh fruit smoothies are refreshing and very good. I go there often.

If you want a good, fast, precision-made breakfast sandwich/wrap, Champs is your place. Driven by the little-Italian-engine-that-could behind the fry counter, your cooked-to-order egg, mushroom, tomato, one slice of bacon on a whole wheat wrap will be delicious every time. The place may look like it's run by the Teamsters, but the food is better and fresher than any place around. Everyone is friendly, courteous and does not fall into the Sale & Pepe fascism that you'll find down the block.

Best bagels you can get downtown. Great egg and cheese.

Love their egg whites sandwiches.

Best Sandwiches and surprisingly inexpensive.

Very good sandwiches, just make sure you keep telling them what you want because they sometimes have no idea what you're talking about. A great place to grab lunch if you work in the area.
