Excellent all around
Everything's on point here - service, food quality and price. It gets a little hectic, but that's why it's all the more astounding the ever-friendly staff remains careful and attentive, always ready with a smile. I work at a bookshop down the street from Champignon, and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for them I'd be out to sea for lunch options. I come to the Upper East Side every day from Brooklyn, so I've stopped going to every other eatery out here if only to prevent the eventual cardiac arrest due to over-charging. Champignon offers consistently and reliably delicious food (the soup is my perennial favorite) and they deliver.

Awesome Deli
This place is really inexpensive and has amazing cakes and brownies :) The people there are really friendly and helpful, they don't try and rush you off the phone when placing a delivery either. If you live in the neighborhood and haven't tried them yet your missing out! Definitly my new favorite place.

Great Place on Some Inexpensive Drinks
I'm pretty new in the neighborhood, but I'll be around for awhile, since I am attending a school nearby, Hunter. Everyday, during my lunch periods, I go to this Cafe and get flavored Ice Coffee. It tastes great, and I absolutely love it. Some of my friends call me addicted and that may be true. Today, it was raining when I when out, and I didn't bring an umbrella. I still went to the store and bought coffee there!! The service is extremely fast. I get it in a few seconds (1 min tops) after I order my drink. The people are very friendly too. Since I'm a student, I get it pretty cheap. I am broke though unfortunately, so I cannot keep buying them. I hope they get good business because they definately deserve it!!

a great little lunch place
The best lunch spot if youre in the neighborhood.They have a wonderful assortment of sandwiches and sides. The soups are good too. The staff is really friendly and always very attentive. If you ever stop by, ask for Eduardo and he'll take very good care of you.

Welcome to the neighborhood
As close as to a Europian Cafe as you can get. The staff is wonderful. Helpful, friendly and they know my name, and what I want before I even get to the counter. Sit down area to enjoy a latte and some pastry or have a wonderful sandwich with choice of fresh, excellent bread from some of the finest bakery's in the city Good Luck

Good coffee, decent sandwiches
I particularly enjoy the coffee from this café. The espresso drinks are generally pretty good and the drip coffee is reasonably priced and tastes miles ahead of anything else within several blocks. The sandwiches are decent too but nothing terribly special.

Little Known Gem
Discovered this place recently and have been kicking myself ever since for not having had discovered it sooner. Everything is good. The wraps are amazing, really, really amazing. Food is fresh and delicious and the service hasn't once disappointed. Bonus? Their cupcakes are some of the best I have had in all of Manhattan! I am serious. Also, they have great coffee drinks.
