I worked at Chalet Alpina from 1993-1997. I can not believe they took the Chocolate Moose off the menu. That was the best dessert on the menu other than of course The Apple Struldle. I now live in SC and unfortunaly will not be going here for dinner when I visit. That was my most favorite dessert item on the menu. Very dissapointed.
