WAS good...don't know what happened
I used to order often from this place. It used to be pretty ok. Today, they forgot my drink and the food was cold. I let them know and they said I should put the food in a microwave. I didn't know what to say to that. If I wanted to put food in a microwave, I would have bought a frozen dinner. I order food when I get home from work for convenience. On top of that, the appetizer was inedible. So, forgotten drink, cold food, subpar appetizer and unhelpful host all add up to an extremely unsatisfying experience. Not what I'm looking for after a long day at work. Stay away!

unpleasant
My husband and I ate here last Saturday evening. From the outside the place looks lovely, however, the food is tasteless. Our appetizers of duck springrolls were just okay and very tiny. For dinner, I ordered Duck Tamarid, and it was extremely fatty and was in a ton of watery sauce - like a tasteless stew. It was inedible. My husbands dish was so small it wasn't worth the price we paid, and he said it had little flavor, so he ate only part of it. Additionally, they served my dish 10minutes before bringing out my husbands dish - this is just NOT acceptable in any decent restaurant, even diners do better than this, and they are less expensive. Finally, despite the small size of the restaurant, it took over 15min for us to get the waiter to give us more water.

Good food and good prices.
Can't go wrong with the food and pricing. Seating a little tight.

Very Tasty Food!
The food was great, very tasty and the services was excellent. Its a small place , tables are close together but the food is worth it!

For the non-experience Thai eaters
I'm not an expert at Thai and I actually like bland chicken pad thai. Warning to those like me - this place is actually pretty spicy! That might be more authentic, and it does taste great. But I just wanted to give a warning to those New Englanders like myself.

My favorite Thai place
This place has my FAVORITE Pad Thai in the world, and their chicken-peanut dumplings are to die for. Every time I eat elsewhere, I regret having not gone to Chai Thai.

Awesome.....
Always love the food and the service even you just order for to go their service was awesome.....so keep it that way Chai Restaurant.....
