This place is not good. We had it delivered so can't say much about the atmosphere. However, the food is bland and dry. We ordered Pad Thai and Pad See Ew, both of which seemed to lack any "sauce". I would not recommend this place.

We were planning to go to Sea The Bistro on the next block but it was too noisy. Meanwhile, the decoration of Chai attracted us. The little pool at the door was so nice. Chai's Thai food is a little different from the ordinary ones, worth to try. The only thing I don't like was that once the restaurant is crowded, the waitress kind of rushing people to leave...

I love Thai food. If you do too, you have to try Chai, Thai-French fushion. My friends recommend me to Chai. Love the appetizer and their Thai Ice Tea is the best I ever had. If you like beer, you can order the Thai Singhai beer. Stick with the drinks and appetizer and you're all set. Oh, did I mention their curry...It's very good too. Just don't order their noodles and special dishes if you don't like salty food, becuase it is heavy w/ seasonings & salt. Besides that...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Unique and flavorful. The peanut dumplings and Indo Chcien are especially delicious.
