Really nice atmosphere, refined, but not pretentious. Service is attentive, they could probably use more waitstaff, our very nice person seemed a bit overwhelmed. The problem was that the food was just okay. The duck breast was a bit tough, and the braised leg in almond pastilla, had a decidedly unpleasant taste. The rib steak was good, but nothing special, the chicken casserole with mushrooms was nice, but again, not out of the ordinary. One of our party had the lasagna, which was disappointing. The only dish that was a standout was the chicken breast with a truffle infused crust, really very tasty. The sweet bread appetizer was a big disappointment, described as lightly fried, it was actually fried past the point of recognition. The tongue appetizer was good. Dessert items, chocolate pot au feu, and a strawberry shortcake, were again, unremarkable, at best. As I said, really nice place with a very fine, but heimishe atmosphere, but considering the prices I expected more.

Went to eat here a few weeks ago and came from the city. Had very high expectations coming in given that there are so many restaurants in the city itself. Needless to say the appetizers were out of this world amazing. It's not everyday you go to a kosher restaurant and you get to try new and interesting foods. The main portions were surprisingly HUGE and definitely justify the high price. Overall, definitely worth the trip from the city the food is incredible, new, and interesting.

My wife and I dined at Chagall this evening. We had heard mixed reviews about this place. We found everything truly fantastic.. We shared a citrus fish appetizer, I had a rib steak, my wife had a veal chop.. The recommended wine was an argentinean malbec which was great. For desert a perfect apple tart. The waiter was warm and attentive as were the owners, husband and wife, who introduced themselves, super nice people. We drove home marveling about how the experience hit all the right notes.. Highly recommended.

always exciting to try a new kosher spot but this was slightly disappointing we arrived to an empty restaurant and service was a bit..snooty? i dont want to feel like i need to appease the waiters; they should be focused on pleasing the customers. then again, with an 18% guaranteed gratuity maybe they just don't care. the food was solid and generally pretty good but nothing groundbreaking. my duck was cooked really well as was my friend's rib eye. one of the owners did come by to check and see how we were doing, and she was very sweet. i definitely wish her success, i just think there are a few kinks that need to be worked out.

MY husband and I dined there on Wednesday night. we were greeted by the owner who is French. He was very interested in hearing our opinion on everything we had. The server was a lovely, well informed young lady , that offered her opinion on the specials only when we asked. The service was fast, the food EXCELLENT! the flavors of everything we tried was delicious. We loved the dips fro the bread, my husband ordered the duck pate. it was great. My Caesar salad was delicious, remember this is non dairy , so no parmesan and it was not missed. My salmon had the most delicious crust on it and the baby spinach it sat on was also just right. My husband had the bronzino, a special and it was stuffed with a smoked salmon mousse, out of this world! desserts were also terrific! So happy to find a great place to dine.
