I couldn't ask for a better evening and pleasant dinning experience. I am a big fan of the chef and the restaurant has an amazing vibe. The food and service are excellent. I have dined here about three years ago and wasn'y pleased with the service but I must say thumbs up!!!

Centrico is a great place for a nice casual dinner. fish tacos were superb and the short ribs jalisco stile were juicy and flavorful. The spot light though was taken by the margaritas. So many different flavors, frozen or on the rocks, salt or no salt its so much fun to chose and they are all delicious.

Everything about the service last night was horrendous. I'd love to have this review be about the great weather and outdoor seating, or about the food, or the drinks (mediocre), but unfortunately the service was so bad, that it overshadowed every other aspect of the experience. In addition to the service being a huge disappointment, it was completely unapologetic. I was looking forward to visiting Centrico, but after last night I think it was my last time there.

i dont even know where to begin.. let's just say it was a 3 hour dinner. it took forever to get drinks, our order, our food which didnt come all at once , our "free round" and the bill. i just wanted to get out of there by the time our entrees came

We took my sister in law here to celebrate her bday. They immediately accomodated our table request and offered speedy service. We started out with the Sangria, which needs a lot of improvement, it was full of lots of ice and barely had any flavor. We moved onto the margaritas which were much better. The appetizers were good size portions, the sopes are great as well as the chips and trio of salsas. For the main entree we had the pollas a la brasas and the short ribs, these were excellent. My brother in-law had the salmon which he did not love as much. Desert was great, they sang to my sister in law and gave us bday shots. Overall it was a good experience, but pricey. Good for special ocassions. Would definitely go back.

The soul-sucking atmosphere competes with the taste-sucking food. While the fish in the taco was well prepared, the tortilla was gummy and the accompanying mango salsa was a spicy incongruous mess. The beef cheek ragu in the Enchiladas De Conejo was watery, flavorless and grisly. Garcia should poke his head in here once in awhile.

stopped in here last night for a quick dinner. had a great experience. the food was greatreally liked the chilaquiles...and LOVED the chocolate desserts. will definitely go back for a full meal!
