My office (of 7 people) ordered from this deli three times because it is next to our office. The food came wrong all three times. When we called back to tell them our order was wrong and to have them fix it, we were told they would not fix the order, charged us for the items they did not send, and on the third order and us calling them back the woman yelled at our intern and refused to fix their errors. We have had to challenge the charge with the credit card company because they charged us for a number of items we did not receive. We will never order from this deli again!

Although the pancakes were good, I only got 5 tiny blueberries even though the menu specifically stated that the pancakes were served with fresh blueberries. When asked for some more, I got a very arrogant "no, you have blueberries on your plate Madam" as reply and was then ignored. As service is included by 16% of the bill, you cannot even chose to give little or nothing to mark your discontent.

A $14 burger? Served very rare even though I ordered it medium? Then I send it back only to find now it has become like leather? My first - and last - visit to this whole in the wall.

You can't beat a hot sandwich, can of soda, and bag of chips for $6.25 in the city. If you are looking to cut back on the $9 - $11 lunches, this is the place to go. The food is good, fresh, and amazing value.

I purchased a turkey sandwich on subpar whole wheat bread with shredded iceburg lettuce, a few slices of tomato and mustard and was charged the same price as a specialty sandwich. I thought I would be saving money. I recommend going to a slightly pricer place where you will actually get quality for your money.

Solid place to get lunch if you work in the area. Lunch specials are $6.25 for a hot sandwich (roast beef, pastrami, chicken parm, etc) which includes a can of soda and a small bag of chips. Which is a bargain considering typical midtown prices.

this restuarant has great food at affordable price especially being that they are located convient in mid town manhattan right across from the metro north, it makes getting lunch everyday so easy!
