Can't stop, won't stop
I come to this spot weekly, at least. The food is always exceptional. Have had many of their sandwiches, pastas, pizzas and some of their side specials. It's always very good and definitely authentic. Staff is great as well. This is my first review on menupages, as I felt compelled to give this place the credit it certainly deserves. And, the cookies are thebomb!

Extraordinary
Closest thing to a real italian ' bar' I have found in NY - and I do not say this glibly. Wide variety of food - pasta, wide range sicilian meat, cheese and veg-filled treats, serious salads - and excellent, beautifully made coffee to go with handmade pastries. Staff ranges from pleasant to drop-dead charming. Food comes at a relaxed but efficient pace - you order at the counter & pick up. Free wi-fi, decent music. A winner!

It's ALL from Scratch and Authentic
So I've never written a review before but felt that this place is worth sharing - I mean it's great, truly. the dishes are all fresh, they make everything from the connolli shells to the bread from scratch. The almond cookies are amazing and taste just like the did in Sicily! The Pizza is a MUST but their rice balls are my favorite!
