    Good food

My boyfriend lives in Brooklyn and he took me here one Friday during Lent and we ordered a pizza and a dish of pasta fagioli each and a glass of red wine, the food was great the people who own the restaurant are very nice people and the service is excellent. I been going back ever since. We took my parents there from the Bronx and they loved it, I went with my girlfriend also; she had shrimp fra d'avlo she said it was very good. Everything I have eaten from there was so good. This is one of my favorite places.

As far as basic American Southern Italian food goes, you can't get any better than Cataldo's. Delicious, fresh, good portions and good prices. The chicken parm is probably the best around, and the place is run by a really nice family. Whether it's pizza or an entree, everything is top notch. I'm here once a week at least.

    Great pizza

We were surprised to get such good pizza at this casual neighborhood place, but it has become one of our weekly staples. Try the Pugliese!

    Not Bad

So I live on nostrand and that I one block out of the delivery range. I gave them an address a block closer and walked to pick it up-- petty but my friend raved it was worth it. We got chicken parmesean sandwiches and a margherita pizza. it was a good deal for nine bucks. the sandwich was a little soggy but it's delivery. all in all I was satisfied.

    good stuff!

This place boasts great home cooking and is quite affordable. The person that said it tasted like tin confused me... Always good on a consistent basis. Would recommend this to anyone looking for the warmth of good Brooklyn Italian food.

We keep going back. The food reminds me of mom's homemade cooking. It's fresh, tasty and the portions make you smile. It's not like restaurants where you need to search for the food. I really enjoy the atmosphere of this place. They are super sweet and very welcoming. I really have nothing to complain about. The selections are great and if there is something special you want all you have to do ask they will make it if they can with a smile. The pizza is amazing too. The smell alone will have you drooling. You really need to go there and see for yourself. I hope you enjoy as we always do. Cataldo's WELCOME to the neighborhood. We are happy you came.
