I was driving by on my way to Manhattan and I was intrigued when I saw them unloading the wood for the pizza oven. The place is extemely clean and the owners very nice. I ordered the lasagna, 2 pizzas, 2 red velvet cupcakes and a chicken parm sandwich. First of all the portions are huge easily shared between 2 people. The cupcakes were moist and the owner said that there was no artificial coloring used which was a plus for me. Not too sweet and very big. The lasagna was perfection. Tasted homemade. The pizza was the best ever. I am not a fan of pizza but I was a fan of this. The chicken parm sandwich contained two juicy huge pieces of chicken. My words cannot do justice to what my tongue was enjoying. I will definitely come back again. I felt at home here and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I work in the area and eat at cataldos often, i also live in queens and on my days off I go into cataldos and get food for the family. it is a great place with great people, I highly recommend it

i came to eat here with my husband and in laws. my father in law is very discerning in his assessment of good pizza and searches far and wide for a good pie. he couldn't stop talking about it. we all loved our dishes- penne a la vodka was amazing and cooked al dente just perfectly. some good wine choices as well! we were all so happy, and it was extra special that the whole family works there and took the time to welcome us, chat and make us feel completely at home. a lovely establishment. i also order from here often and food comes fast and hot! i heart cataldo's.

My favorite. Delicious food and great service. Reminds me of home. Reasonable prices. Nothing fancy. I eat there at least once a week. Get dressed and go NOW. It's worth it.
