Great Authentic Mexican!
We order from them at least once a week and the food is delicious. While their prices have gone up, they are still totally affordable and reasonable given the other choices in the neighborhood. Tamales, tacos, and nachos are all our favorites. Enchiladas too!

They've screwed my order for delivery more than a handful of times. With the prices doubled it's just not worth anymore....

Used to be good
I preferred the Jukebox spouting mexican music in the front. Too high brow and prices have doubled for the same stuff.

Reliable
Castro's is by far the best Mexican food in the neighborhood, and most affordable. Ask them to make the following (not on the menu): French Fries Topped w/ - Melted Mexican Cheese - Refried Beans - Sour Cream - Pico de Gallo Slammin!

What a surprise!
This place rocks! Last night at 11pm I thought I'd have to order from a mediocre place and get less than decent food, but I was wrong. Not only is it an incredible value, the food is just about sensational. It's so good that I'm ordering again tonight, and it's only 6pm. I ordered the 'Carnitas' which came with rice and black beans...it was so good! And pretty fast service too!!
