I am sad cause I use to love this place yummy corn n tacos n drinks but it's so annoying to go there now . Went today and was told a 20 min wait waited 45 min then another 30 just to get a drink another hour for food basically wasted our whole afternoon. No one was eating or drinking everyone was just waiting so this keeps happening so sad to say we won't be going back ...

The food here is hit and miss. We went 2 weeks ago on a Monday taco night and food was good. We went back a few nights ago and the tamale was so hard you could not even cut into it. Left it on the plate. Last time, it was very good?! The chicken tacks were so salty we could not finish them, and I like salt, but this was inedible. We just left half the plate.

Do not place take out orders from this restaurant. Twice they have left a key item out of my order and were very annoyed and unpleasant when I called to ask for my delivery to be made complete.

Came for brunch. The menu looked good and the prices seemed fair. Arrived at 3:15 and was told bottomless brunch was no longer available (it ended at 4). Why couldn't we have it for 45mins? We were disappointed. Got the fish tacos, which while tasty, were so drenched in chopped olives that it was almost inedible - incredibly salty. I didn't finish them. My bf got the veggie burrito, which he enjoyed, and my friend had the huevos benedict, which she said was ok. To drink we each got a margarita - a watermelon basil and cilantro cucumber. They were bland, and as the whole table agreed, there was NO alcohol in them. I hadn't eaten all day, went on a long run that morning, and normally get pretty loopy after one drink. We all sat there stone faced after the last sip annoyed that this was costing us $11 a pop. They were also difficult to drink (the mashed fruit gets stuck in the straw) and we ended up using a spoon. I wanted to complain, but for the sake of not embarrassing my bf I didn't. What a waste of money! The waitress was attentive, but whenwe paid the tab, she charged us for the neighboring table's bill (it was about $24 more). After finally getting her attention, she gave us a quick sorry and issued a full refund on the card and charged us again. What? The charge is still lingering. We left our 18% and quietly left, but we will NEVER be back.

I live around the corner and want to love the place, but... The only decent thing on the menu is the carne asada taco - which is good, but is a heart attack waiting to happen. Why must all delivery in UES be poor?

I used to love this place and go there all the time, but when I went recently, it wasn't as good as usual. I ordered the chicken tacos, which are normally extremely flavorful, but this time the chicken was so bland! Maybe they switched chefs or something.

Food is always fresh. nice change from typical texmex in the area. the fish tacos are great. and i love the quinoa and beans. they tend to be on the spicier side so ask for mild if you don't like heat!
