    Cute and charming

I liked this place. I had the steak with onions. Overall this place has a really trendy but homey vibe. The food was good and service was pretty quick. Next time im going to go with the seafood. But, just to let everyone know, this place is a very cute place to bring someone ur interested in. The mood is just right for it.

    Wonderful

I'm not Brazilian, and I've never been to Brazil (or Brasil), but if this isn't authentic Brazilian food, then I don't really want to be authentic. The food is delicious, flavorful with great textures, and the portions are large enough to feed anyone who is not training for a marathon. And the restaurant looks out onto Bedford St, which just might be the most beautiful street in the entire city. Don't miss out.

One of the best places in nyc!

I just came back from Casa, and I thought it was fantastic! the atmosphere was awesome, it's in the more quiet area of west village, and it's very cozy, kinda small and crowded but nice, with big glass windows looking out, dim but not super dark, just perfect. the shrimpcake appetizer was delicious, and I got the seafood stew entree, which was SOO GOOOD, I recommend that. My brother ordered the signature brazilian dish, which was pretty good, but a bit too much red meat for me (I'm not a big meat eater). I recommend the seafood stew - in fact, someone at the table to the right of me as well as to the left of me ordered it as well. Unless you don't like trying out new foods, def. try this place out, u won't regret it!

    Best caipirinhas

The best caipirinhas I've had, ever. The food is very good (especially the chicken wings appetizer, and the feijoada). This is a very friendly restaurant, and everyone always seems to be having a good time. I couldn't imagine leaving here unhappy.

    True Brazilian meals

Casa is one of my favourite restaurants in the village. It's a small cozy place on the corner and all the tables have a great view thanks to the big window. The coat check is just a rolling-rod once you come in so be careful in winter time! The food is quite amazing and very healthy, the flavors mix very well. They prepare Feijoada completa a full heavy dish very typical of brazilian cuisine. Try the farofa, the kale and any of the fish dishes. Try the cheese bread too. I will recommend this to everyone. Prices are moderate. Sound level is moderate.
