    Turtle love

Took my lady friend here for a valentine's dinner. servers couldn't have been more friendly and informative. the food was absolutely delicious, from the salada completo to the mango tango dessert. the meat was tender, the spices were nicely balanced and the love was in the air. we will have to go back on a non-valentine's day night to get a real feel for the place, but they made valentine's day lip smacking good. ole!

    Best in Town

I have been to several Brazilian restaurants in NYC. Casa is best one.

    Poor Service

We went there last Friday with a group of 4 people. We mad a reservation in advance. The food was really good and the restaurant itself was nicely decorated. However, the two waitresses who served at our table were unfriendly, had an attitude and were snappish which led to the conclusion that they didn't want to be 'bothered' by people expecting a minimal level of attention only. On top of that, after having handed-out the check to us, we were categorically referred to the fact that we are expected to pay and leave the restaurant instantly since other people would be waiting for our table.

    The Best Brazilian food ever!

Casa is the best Brazilian food ever! If you like salty, delicious Brazilian food, this is the place for you. I was a newcomer to Brazilian food and Casa made me fall in love with it. I have tried other places, but no comparison. Try it! You'll love it!

The best thing to look forward to in NY

We were in NY 4 years ago and found this place while strolling around the Village. We fell in love with it. The steak was great, the servings generous. The service splendid and the ambience quite comfortable, cozy and laid back. That was four years ago. We plan to go back on the next Labor Day weekend and this restaurant has been in our mind as a must-go stop ever since we made hotel reservations.

    Corner Comfort

Don't have a bad thing to say at all. I made reservations and we were seated right away. Service was friendly and very efficient - with a smile all the way. In no way did we feel rushed or hasseled. The ambiance was perfect- not too chic and trendy but clean and comforting. Perfect place to bring a date or your parents. They have a great wine selection and the menu was diverse, and regional. The bread came out soft and warm served out of a basket. I never had chicken so tender and moist. The seasoning was perfect, not too salty or bland. Rice perfectly cooked-soft and flaky, not too dry or sticky. Overall it was fresh and simply served without the fuss and frills. They have a great dessert selection, for choclate lovers, something creamy or fruity. - no I didn't have them all : P Definitely worth going back to.

    Great Place

The food was first rate and quite tasty. The intimate enviornment and great drinks make Casa a great date place.
