Amazing food!
Great food, big portions! My wife and I go here every time we are in NYC! The Veal Valdostana is the best I've ever had, so tender. My wife gets the Salmon mostarda always fresh. The test was my son who is very picky, he loved thier penne vodka! Sorry but we didn't have a bad experience here. Prices are resonable for NYC. Try it out

Great place!
My girlfriend and I went last weekend. What a great choice. Food was amazing. We had the chicken broccoli. It's a must!! The waiter was friendly and helpful. They do put a 15% tip on the check. It was worth it and we left more. I totally recommend it!!

Mind boggling bad.
Atmosphere- the squeeze you in uncomfortably. They just don't care. Service - it took over 45 mins for app. Another 30 for entree. 20% gratuity is automatically added to bill. And trust me - 20% in not deserved. Oh, I almost forgot, a server asked us if we wanted water and charged us for a large pelligrino out of nowhere. They are definitely trying to scam however they can. Food- they give you some stale bread and packaged butter. No olive oil like the other restaurants around it. The Sangria tasted like Koolaid. But i like koolaid so i didnt mind so much. I did mind that a tiny glass was so expensive. The fried callimari was terrible. Bland, no flavor. just not worth eating. The entrees were gross. My friend had some chicken topped with melted cheese and sauce. It was rubbery, dry, inedible. I had the pasta verdi with seafood. Oh lord, it was terrible. The shrimp tasted way overcooked and like it came from a can. The lobster had no meat on it at all. And what was barely there was not worth eating. When we finally got the bill it was over $100. We couldnt figure out how. And we didnt care enough to find out. We just wanted to leave. Seriously, just dont go here. It has to be the worst in Little Italy. Sincerely.

Best on Mulberry
I live in NJ so my family & I frequent NYC quite often. Almost everytime we go, Casa Bella is a must. The food is delicious. The service is excellent. Everybody there treats us like royalty. They are greatful to see you and do whatever they can to make your dining experience that much better. In the warmer months, the outdoor dining is the best in Little Italy. Terrific people watching, but overall, the food really is outstanding. Never disappointed!

Beyond disappointing
The outdoor seating was pleasant, and the service was adequate. That's pretty much it for the good news. The food was absolutely awful. We started with fried calamari - rubbery and tasteless. I ordered the margherita pizza - a cheese pizza which I'm fairly certain was frozen and reheated. The edges were burnt, while the center was cold and the center "crust" was just chewy dough. I like good pizza, but I'm not a pizza snob and can eat pretty much anything - I ate one piece and left the rest behind. Also, I always thought that margherita pizza included basil and a drizzle of olive oil, but when I mentioned that to the waiter, he insisted it just means "cheese pizza" only. Hmm. My friend had the linguini with clams and he said that the pasta was half cooked, half crunch as though not all of the linguini made contact with the boiling water. The clams were "vulcanized rubber" and the sauce was watery. The $35 pitcher of sangria was fine. Gratuity was included even though we were a party of two, so $103 for this barely-eaten meal was exhorbitant.

Decent food great outdoor ambiance
Just picked it walking down the street! Service was adequate not over whelming nor lacking. Food was good and plentiful. Was it the best Italian? No, but everything was fresh and not over cooked. Baby ARtichoke appetizer special was excellent.

Horrible!
went for dinner there with two other people....it took them hours to finally come and give us some bread...the olive oil came 30 mins later..after we asked for it 5 times...the portions were tiny...bland and stale.....the worst part was..they added a 20% tip..to the bill themselves... will never go there again!
