The Cheesesteak is awesome.
All I have to say is, I go to a joint like this for an awesome cheesesteak. And that's what I get. Anyone that would order delivery for a cheesesteak is lazy, so go, sit down and eat your face off. This place is one of the best in the city, and I've been to most of them.

Not recommended
I ordered a pizza steak and fries. Did they dip the bread in a tub of water before they delivered? I'm not sure how the beef was so over cooked and dry when the bread was saturated and fell into pieces. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one. You can do so much better with "Steak-Uhm" and a fresh grocery roll. This was seriously disappointing. Take a trip to Philly and get a quality steak that Philadelphians take pride in serving. I so wanted to love this place!

Warning!
Don't be fooled by the 4 year old "voted best Cheesesteak in NYC" sign out front. Staff and management are consistently nasty and for no good reason; the food isn't anything to write home about - I'm surprised Philadelphia doesn't sue.

Not recommended
Lousy service both in person and on the phone. No customer quality treatment at all. The chicken and onions were acceptable, but there are way better choices in the area for sandwiches.

Subpar service
I used to live in Philly, and I love cheesesteaks. Carl's are certainly pretty good, at least compared to others in NYC. However, they take forever to deliver, and they are comically rude. That is it would be comical if it weren't for the fact that it was happening to you. Here's the best part however, they know it, and they don't care. Anyone who orders food from them knowing this fact is a sucker. They are aren't anything special, why would you allow anyone to treat you like crap. Don't order from them. Find another place that wont treat you like they are doing you a favor by letting you over pay for a decent steak.

Terrible Service
I ordered a cheesesteak today and asked for double cheese and requested both provolone and american cheese. The lady taking my order said that they can't make the sandwich with two different cheeses. So I settled for double provolone. Why the heck don't they allow you to put two different cheeses on the sandwich? It makes no sense to me. I also requested no onions. When I got to my office and opened up my sandwich there were onions on the sandwich. Unbelievable.
