Why go anywhere else
I have been going here for years and have never had a bad meal . The food is excellent and the service matches the food . Everyone is friendly and they never rush you at all . An italian restaurant that should not be missed

Have to review - great experience
Have stopped in for dinner 5 or 6 times. The owner and staff are the best and are spot on. For food & service would put this rest. up against any Ital. rest in the city. Highly Recommend

Bang for your buck
We totally enjoyed this wonderful old fashion italian restaurant. The tilapia pesto was delish, my friend said the mussels were plump and tender. The prix fixe dinner with a good variety of appetizer and entree selections is a great choice. The staff is well informed and polite. We will surely go again the next time we are in NYC

Thanksgiving
Waited for 1hr to be seated. Others who were late for reseverations were seated before my party even though we were on time. Not worth visiting again. They did not even offer discount. Some heard an apology. I did not. Food was ok. Place too small and over booked. Mostly seniors and they also stood up waiting for long periods to be seated

Great experience!
Delicious food, great staff, great service... All around, an extremely pleasant meal. Food was great (so many options), portions were hearty, waiters were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a place I would go again and a great dining experience!

A Classic
What a happy find...a nice old-fashioned white table cloth Italian restaurant with terrific food and service. Haven't been to anything like this in NYC since Beatrice Inn closed and Gene's got too, too crowded. Just perfect.

Fantastic
My family and I have been going here for over 20 years. Food has always been great. The staff is excellent, they treat everyone the same even if you are not a regular. Love sitting at the service bar for few drinks beofre the meal and smelling that fresh smell of garlic. You can not go wrong eating at this place.
