horrible
Went here for a nice french dinner and had an awful time. We started off with wine which was good I have to say, a decent wine list but then came the food. Two of our orders were wrong, my filet mignon had so much fat in it I had to practically saw through it to even take a bit and the soufle was disappointing to say the least. The worst part of the whole evening by far though was the service. The waiter did not even seem to be listining when he took our order (porbably why he got two wrong) and he was rude when to the entire group. They even lost my umbrella that I came in with at the coat check! Do NOT GO! There is so much better french food in nyc.

Boring
The food was no better than your average, run-of-the-mill French Bistros and Brasseries that cover Manhattan, though with much less atmosphere. Had the duck confit which was fine, but not interesting. Flowers on the tables looked sprayed and tacky. Way too corporate and filled with people who thought that what they were getting was something more than it was. Service was very friendly and nice, though the time between the courses was much too short. The reviews have given this place way more credit than it deserves. Better off going to Les Halles, Artisanal, Balthazar or Bistro Margot.

Outstanding
Great food. Great service. In a weird neighborhood but pretty hip.
