    subpar food

I had high hopes for this restaurant - it looks very cute and the ambience is very nice. But the food was not good at all. A tuna tartar appetizer looked unappetizing (a huge ball of tuna on a plate and tasted fishy. I ordered seafood pasta - overcooked seafood and bland sauce. My friend ordered the pesto ravioli, again, flavorless. The bill came to almost 100 dollars - DEFINITELY not worth it. Skip candela.

    great outdoor drinks and apps

We came for some outdoor drinks and appetizers before dinner. We ordered the special grilled seafood skewers, which were delicious enough that we decided to stay for dinner. The waiter recommended the tuna, but it was disappointing - it tasted very fishy (in a way that made you wonder if it was fresh), was dry, and came with an odd sauce that did not complement the fish at all. The waiters are super friendly and the mojitos are great, though, so come for drinks and people-watching, but maybe don't stay for dinner.

A great place for a date

Someone whom I met was looking for a place to eat. So we drove around found parking and decided to go here for our second date. Now the place is not big but very cozy, I did not really look at the prices but was told later it was very expensive. The appetizer my date ordered was a little spicey for me. However: It was still great. The second avenue Martini was great. All in all, the service the people and area. Right on Second Avenue. Its a great spot for a first or second date!

    birthday dinner

This restaurant has fantastic food. I had my birthday dinner here recently, and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. My whole party loved their dishes. The seafood is excellent, I could keep going on, but you should check out this place for yourself.

    such a disappointment

The Lasagne was overcooked (dry, with a hard crust on top that was fairly inedible) and tasteless. the salad was mediocre. the ragu was just fine, but nothing special. This place was a big disappointment -- sad when the best part of the meal is the bread.

    Best Steak Sandwich, Great Service

Everything I've had here is amazing from breakfast to dinner. Everything is homemade and fresh. Service is great as well. Highly recommend it.

    love this place

I absolutely love this place. The first time I went was for coffee and dessert and they made fresh whip cream just for me. The service was so friendly and thoughtful. The dessert was sooo yummy. The next time I went was for brunch. There was no wait (unlike the other neighborhood restaurants) and the food is incredible. It was one of the best breakfasts I have had. I highly recommend this place. All great.
