    Bar Service

If you are at the bar the service is great. Sitting in back not so great takes too long for food to come out and also the portions are smaller and prices higher. would not recommend to go for dinner but drinks only

    subpar for the price

inflated cost for deflated portions. do not recommend. Nacho platter comes with FOUR whole nachos. Chimichanga is the size of a baby's fist and woefully unappetizing.

The Best Margaritas in New York

I've been a fan of Cancun for years, a restaurant perfect for lunch with coworkers, happy hour with friends, or a first date with a new paramour. THEIR MARGARITAS ARE INCOMPARABLE, and while some may find the staff a bit distant, they've never been anything but welcoming and kind to me--even when the volume of customers means they can't be as attentive. For Cinco de Mayo - or any occasion - there's no better place to celebrate.

    Subpar

Dark depressing place.food is barely passable...small shrimp, cold rice, and black bean soup that would be better out of a can...calamari appetizer on the menu at $8 showed on the bill as $12...waiter said he forgot to tell us..and, conveniently, there was no manager on the premises...also did not accept a valid restaurant.com certificate for a food discount...this is a very sleazy place on a lot of counts...

    Disappointing

Brought a friend from another country expecting to get a decent Mexican meal - ended up disappointed. Location was fine and decor was lively and warm, but the food ended up coming too slowly. Everything cooled down and the wraps and beans hardened before they even got to our table. Prices weren't too bad, but not really worth the $60 I paid. Waiter wasn't too bad. Biggest cons were the noise and food.

    Don't deliver consistently

Although the food is decent and the staff nice, they don't really deliver. Everytime you call you get some reason why they can't deliver that day, too busy, new busboy, whatever. They shouldn't be on Menupages because they do not offer a true delivery service.

    A Favorite of Mine

I have been to Cancun every once in a while in the past 10 years. Personally, I love it. The portions and the quality of the food are great. However, I head they recently jacked up the prices. From what I remember, I am pleased each time I go. Plus the chips and salsa they give you in the beginning are amazing. Mixing and matching burritos and enchiladas or whatever you want makes a great meal. The atmosphere is really dark at night, and I could understand how someone may not like the dim lighting or the loud music, but I don't mind. The fried ice cream for desert is a must. I recommend Cancun as a above-average mexican restaurant for a reasonable price.
