Most ridiculous experience ever. I went there at 8:30 pm on a Thursday night and was told the kitchen closed at 8:00 and the bar was closing at 9:00. What restaurant in NYC stops serving food at 8 and drinks at 9?! I had a Groupon that was expiring the next day, so I asked when they would close the next day. They said they would be open a little later - until 9:00 for the kitchen and 10:00 for the bar. We arrived at 8:05 pm on Friday night and was told the restaurant was closing at 9:00, so they could not serve us despite what they had told me the day before (same guy no less). We asked if we could just get a glass of wine because we had dinner reservations at 8:45 and had to leave before 9:00 anyway. They still refused to serve us.

I'm here for the first time, lured by the living social $1 deal. They say they're open at 11. I have an early meeting today, so I got here before 11:30. They said their cooking staff hadn't arrived yet, they would be here in half an hour. Forty minutes later, no one. And I keep hearing the same woman tell people it'll be another half hour- from now! So, I wish I could tell you more, but I have to leave now-not having eaten anything. Hopefully this place will get its act together.
