I discovered this place about 2 months ago thru Groupon.. I love it and order about 2 times a week.. I love the veggie burger.. It is delicious.. Try it ..

I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, so I've been changing my food habits. I've been eating less red meat and dairy, and doing essentially low-to-no fat and am learning about all different kinds of foods that I would not have even considered. I was handed a menu flyer at a subway entrance, read it over and decided to give it a try. Well! I was not disappointed! I ordered a delivery for the Tofu Stir fry with brown rice, mixed veggies, along with roasted sweet potatoes. This was seasoned so well and cooked with barely any fat and it was fantastic! This coming from a gal with a meat-and-potatoes/sour cream/tons of bread /lots of cakes and sweets Polish background. I've always been an adventurous but always drew the line at sushi and macrobiotics, but now I'm discovering a whole new world. Granted, I only had this one experience but I will definitely order from them again. My only complaint is that my delivery came about an hour earlier than I requested, but hey, at least it wasn't an hour later! Highly recommended.

Was hoping for a good cheesesteak, very disappointed.

I have never experienced customer service like this in my life! I had heard mixed reviews but decided to try Calista anyway. I called to place an order for delivery and was told it would be a 30 min wait. After waiting over an hour for my order, I called to check in and was told that my order was on its way. A half hour after that, my order still had not arrived. And I called to check in again. Not only was I put on hold for 10 min, I was told again that my order was on its way and the person who I spoke with was extremely rude. After 1 hour and 45 min and still not receiving my order, I called to cancel my order and was given an attitude and hung up on.

I decided to try and eat a bit healthier and to give this place a go. When I approached Calista it was very empty... I should have caught the hint. I ordered the teriyaki wrap and it was so disappointing. The veggies in it were so hard it hurt my teeth, the chicken smelled like it was out for a couple days and the sauce was more like soy sauce than anything else. I had to throw it away and buy something else. Never again. Waste of $8. NEVER again.....at least the ppl there were friendly

This place is great - can get a healthly, full meal at a great price. The turkey meatloat entree is amazing! Also like the mole chicken, chicken parm, and bison cheese steak wrap.

Have tried various items off the menu and everything has been really good. It's much better than the other healthy alternatives (Pump/Energy Kitchen/etc) since it actually has flavor, tastes great, and portions are just right. I recommend the bison cheesesteak/sloppy joe and the protein shakes are delicious. Have been ordering from here on a regular basis since the place opened and I highly recommend it to the midtown east area.
