poor delivery
I order from here whenever I have a taco craving because there aren't many options in the neighborhood. Hosts always say something unprofessional in a bored voice, like "sweeeeeet" or "raaadical" when I give my credit card info. Lack of phone etiquette I guess? I've never written a review before... but I just waited 2.5 hours for a delivery order. Called to check in, with very little response they told me they couldn't find my apartment. Finally the food came, cold and completely smashed. For a place that keeps addresses in their system filed by phone numbers, you'd think they wouldn't tell you your address doesn't exist, and then send a delivery person who has been to your apartment 2 dozen times in the past year.

The weekend bartenders suck, the wait time is unbelievable. Over priced!

The best food I have eaten in a long time
My family from Jacksonville FL and Detroit ate there on Sunday and the food was excellent. We loved it and is looking forward to having dinner there again in the near future.

repeat review
yeah, fine, i been to this place numerous times, but that don't mean i'm always lovin it. i gotta say i sense a slippage here or there—burritos gettin a bit too wet perhaps—but i think it's still real fine mextexmex. yeah. delivery now too. and the guac is worth it.

100% amazing
These poor reviews are crazy. i would rate this one of the best restaurants in greenpoint, if not the best mexican restaurant in all of williamsburg. the quesadillas are mouth watering. the gauc is fresh and delicious. i eat here once a week and have never had a fault in my order or service. fish tacos are also a weekly order. but if you have to get one thing, the carne asada quesadilla is king.

Sadly, one bad apple spoils the lot
In my experience, the food has been tasty and delivery is prompt and courteous. However, the person who answers the phone needs some customer service lessons. I can forgive the occasional botched order, but if someone gives me attitude, gets my order wrong, and then refuses to fix the mistake, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Good food, but service is poor
I really like the food, but the service makes me think twice about eating or ordering from here. At the restaurant, a "15-min" wait at the bar for a table easily turns into a 45-minute wait. Delivery is even more disappointing. The last time I ordered, I waited over an hour to get my food delivered. The taco shells had already fallen apart, the food was cold, and the fries cold and soggy.
