    Excellent Italian Cafe

I just had lunch here yesterday with a group of 6 total as it looked like a nice place to sit and relax. It was a very sweet place and the food was very, very good. Prices quite reasonable...lunch for 6 of us was $65 total which I thought for NYC was pretty good. 2 had burgers, 2 had chicken ceasear salads and 1 had the Rosemary Chicken Wrap. Portions were very generous and I will definately mark this place for the next time I am in the village.

    Absolute favorite brunch spot

I went here once with a group of girlfriends and the brunch was amazing. I didn't remember the name at the time, but when a friend came into town recently we went downtown to find this place again.. It took us a bit to find it, but our memories served us well, and it was just as great as the previous time. The food was wonderful, the service was prompt and perfect, and the bloody mary's were excellent. I see many trips to this place in the future. I also won't forget the name this time.

We loved it! Great for groups!

A large group of my friends and I were out in the Village on the weekend, and this restaurant was the only one that would accommodate us. They were SO COOL. Not only did they seat all 12 of us together, but they made our dinner so much fun! The waiter suggested the best dishes and served them family style just for us, so everyone got to try everything! We had bruschetta, a vegetable in pastry (that was so delicious!), thin crust pizza, the best fried calamari, and their specialty salad (I can't remember that name) that I really loved. I had coconut crusted salmon with the tastiest mashed potatoes I have ever had. I also tried my friend's Lobster Ravioli was out of this world. We had a big selection of their cakes, which were all great, my favorite was the red velvet. Just an awesome place. The food was great, the service was awesome and the location is right in the center of Greenwich Village, with a wall of windows so you really can appreciate that your in the village. Oh, and the owner stopped by our table and gave us free tickets for the comedy show in their comedy club. We couldn't go that night and plan to go back next weekend, so I'll let you know. I can highly recommend this restaurant - good food, good wine, and friendly service.

    Will re-visit

The meal was very good. The fried calamari was done to perfection (great on the cooking skills). I had the coconut crusted salmon with a carrot guava sauce, I was very pleased. For dessert, I had the pineapple tiramisu. I am a chocolote fan (aka everything need to have chocolate) but I think this dessert is my favevorite ever!! If you go, try it.

    Tourist trap

We came across this place while looking for a brunch spot and wanted to sit outside. I ordered the seared salmon salad and it was subpar. My boyfrined had a chicken wrap that was so blah, he only took a couple of bites. How do you screw up a chicken wrap? This place is obviously just a tourist trap.

    Great Brunch

My daughter and I wandered into this restaurant on a sunny Saturday in early March around noon. We ordered the brunch special which was surprisingly good. The salad was dressed with the most perfect dressing-just like what we had in Paris. The omelette and eggs benedict were both very good, and were served with the aforementioned salad and homemade french fries. And topped off with a peach mimosa that was included in the price. Food was fresh, delicious and a very good price. We will definitely go back for more.

    Great resataurant.

I recently visited New York and we found this little restaurant while walking through the village. What a pleasant surprise! The food was great. I ordered chicken rolls, my companions ordered chicken parmesan and shrimp and mushroom pizza. Everything was abslolutlely delicious. The mashed potatoes with a dash of garlic were tasty. I totally recommend it.
