I always seem to be satisfied with this convenient little spot. If you want a thick juicy burger this is the place to go. The Mac n Cheese tastings of all 3 are a good way to impress new friends in town. Service has always been great. Although it is loud, which I still can't figure out why....it's more of a fun bar/restaurant than just a restaurant. I love this place for it's service, food, and quality. This is the little place I take my friends in town to show off. :)

This is the second time that i come here and both times have been mediocre. The burgers are kinda dry and so are the buns and you usually can not mess up burgers. The place is beautiful but inside is really loud and it makes it hard to hear each other if you're looking for a place where you can talk to one another. The prices are reasonable for NYC restaurants but the waitress the last time i went wasnt really all that friendly until it was check time. I'll try anywhere twice really but i doubt i'll be coming here again.

We were there one Saturday for lunch. It was very crowded and we wanted to leave. A gorgeous hostess named Chelsea encouraged us to stay and try the food. If we had not met Chelsea at the door, we would have left. The food was ok and the waiter was friendly, but too busy to give us much attention.

You are gonna love this food, especially the Mac Attack. Our adorable server was fast and attentive, I wish I could say the same for the busing staff. They speak little English, move slowly, and when you need your server, he's often busy at another table. They could use a few more servers. That said, everyone is beyond friendly, wants to be helpful and accommodating. Order the salmon and you get a treat, but the chef seems to have the cremation gene, the better to get that crust on your fish. Who needs a crust! It's fish, not a steak. He must be strongly ordered to send your fish out rare. All else is terrific.

So many good things to choose from that i always have a hard time deciding. Chicken Fried Steak, Cobb Salad, Mac Attack, Monterey Eggs...Staff is so cute and helpful. Love this place!!

A bit loud for conversation, but that said, the food, service and value is there. The kitchen is fast, so no long waits for my hungry companions made us all happy. The Mac Attack was a great starter for three of us to share. The Country fried steak brought smiles to all of us; we all ordered it. Kudos to our waiter Chase. Busy as the place was, he managed to check in on us often, made our meal a joy.

I have been a patron of this establishment since it has opened, but I must ask myself why. At first it was fabulous; the service, the people the drinks the atmosphere, it was all great. Now it has gone to a worse place. The wait staff is nasty unless you are really hot and spend your time flirting with them. They automatically charge you a gratuity that you cannot get out of even if the service is poor after a certain hour (so be careful that means the waiters don't have to be nice). And to top it all off, the management is just ridiculous. What is sad about this is that this is coming from a person who has spent quite a good sum of money at this place and is known by the staff. I would recommend going to a different place in the area. Somewhere that is more respectful of their patrons.
