Perfect Parsian Atmosphere but Poor Food and Service
Really wanted to love this place. Great space, lovely bar but the service! Waited 15 min for a server to even approach us about drinks! Never got the list of specials and waited for 30 minutes between courses. Server never checked in between to see if

I hate french food. I love love love this place the food was spectacular! The soda was flat, and small. The greeters were cold. And owner didnt visit every table. Would have been nice to tell him how much we loved it. Oh yeah door in middle of dining room

Unfriendly
The space is very attractive and the brunch was good. but the server was unsmiling and cold. Wen we left no one said "thanks for coming."There is a lot of potential here, but if they are not happy to see me, I don't need to go back.

Look like a rock star
Took a date here on a friends recommendation, and between the decoration, atmosphere, drink menu, and overall class, I am getting a second date for sure. Not intimidating at all, could show up in jeans or a tie and fit right in. Service as a little slow

Loved this place
I went here with a few friends and we all enjoyed both the food and atmosphere. The servings were larger than expected and the food excellent. Both the atmosphere and decor were pleasing. The service was good and the prices reasonable.
Definitely goin

Gives French food a bad name
I love French food so when I saw this "French" bistro that was the place I wanted to stop for lunch. Service was good, waiter was friendly, and the wine was good but it was down hill after that. They offer an omelet of the day which seems to imply that

Lucky you, UWS!
My first time to Cafe Tallulah, my friend and I were thrilled to see that a favorite bartender from one of our Tribeca haunts was now uptown behind the bar! We had a fabulous glass of wine, something you can't always get in this town unless you buy a full

Never Again
No wonder this place was empty for a weekend lunch. Tuna tartare was tasteless and croque madame seemed simply re-heated and served lukewarm. The cocktails were way too sweet and the atmosphere trying way too hard. I wouldn't go back.
