Don't show up TOO early
I love this place, especially to grab a great bacon/egg/cheese sandwhich with coffee on the go. But even though their store hours say they open at say, 7am, don't show up at 7:02am expecting the griddle to be ready. It takes these guys a good 20 minutes to get the bagel delivery put away, heat up the griddle, and brew the first round of coffee. Yeah, you'd think they'd show up for work at 6:30am so that this would all be ready at 7, but just go with the flow and show up at 7:30 to enjoy.

every morning
every morning i stop by for my routine coffee, bottled water and toasted bagel with cream cheese. after a few trips there, the cook behind the counter can guess your order and have it ready by the time you have made you coffee, gotten your water, and paid for your order. a few minutes and you are on your way out to start your work day. their bagels are the best! and their sandwiches are very tasty as well.
