I'll start by saying I've been going to this place for about 9 years, and will continue to go. The food is nice, the people are nice, and the location is great, with outdoor seating in front of the park. However... the institution of table service here has been a mixed blessing. It did help weed out people who would sit all day and not order anything, but although the young waiters are all very nice and mean well, there doesn't seem to be a manager to make sure things actually run the way they should. The mistakes are pretty basic: -- Staff is usually short on weekends. You could sit without ever beeing noticed unless you flag down the waitress. If you are outside, you might never see her at all. Even when not short, they are not paying attention. -- tables are not cleared, when they are they are not wiped down. -- anything that is not served with a knife and fort wrapped in a napkin regularly comes out without a napkins. You will often wait for you silverware for a while after the food is cooling on your table. -- waiters don't follow up -- if you are missing something, if you need the check, if you need change, expect to wait or serve yourself. -- food items are regularly forgotten or confused. The waiters never write down the order. -- if you ask for water, chances are you'll need to ask again. I hope PMU management reads this, because this is a great place otherwise, and these things are easily fixed with a decent shift manager.

Great pasta, Terrific salads, Good hamburger and big fries! The chef is very creative and obviously very experienced. We eat out at least twice a week and have had some of our best meals here.

Used to go for coffee and always liked this place, but now I love it! They just add a full menu and I was there for dinner last friday and it was perfect. Great atmosphere... very bohemian. Calm and relaxed crowed and very attentive service. The best part was defenetly the food. I'm a pasta lover all the way and the bucatini amatriciana were mouth watering, "al dentte" with a tasty sauce. My boyfriend had the hamburger. I didn't have very high expectations as it's hard to find a good burger, but we got a nice surprise. Very juicy, tender and actually coocked as we asked. The size is perfect.. I don't like those sloopy oily burger that fall all over. Pick me up is a great deal!I'm defenetly going back to try the rest of the menu.
