I'm saying this here so they stop
I love Cafe Petisco. I've eaten in their restaurant many times and order from them weekly BUT They've got to stop putting me on hold when i call for a delivery. This is the THIRD time in a row it's happened and I've had enough. Each time I hung up and if i hadn't hung up I wouldve been on hold for 10 MINUTES or so. How do I know this? because they have only one line and no call waiting and after I hang up i keep calling back and get a response saying it won't go through...because they still have me on hold. JUST STOP. I can't continue to order from a place that doesnt respect my time and pisses me off regardless of how good the food is.

Great neighborhood cafe
I have been coming here since it opened and LOVE the place! Service is friendly and warm, and very accommodating with requests. My 2-year-old daughter knows many of the servers by name. My niece and nephew, very picky tweens, really enjoyed their breakfast. Some of our favorite dishes are the chicken tagine, salmon dish, eggs florentine and mezza platter.

This time is not as good
I have been eating there many times...and most of the time, the food is just great.... I just went again tonight, but the food was a bit different... For example, the sauce of the mussels tasted different, tasted less wine...the skirt steak, we ordered 2, and both of them were over cooked...and the bread pudding didn't come with ice cream... Even with those small flaws, this place is still a good choice...with friends, with date, with family...

Local Favourite
I love this pace. Everything on the menu that i have tried so far has been great and there is a good variety. The staff are friendly and fun, the crowd ranges from quirky locals to doctors and nurses, all having a good time. Delivery is quick and it is very good value for money. you can go with friends, a date or a good book and enjoy yourself.

Well rounded menu with not a single down item. Great food and great people... I've become a frequent diner.

Like a restaurant on Sesame Street...
because there are so many different types of people old, young, hip, stuffy, families, dates etc all in one restaurant having a good time. The atmosphere is very friendly and neighborhoody not to mention that the food is really good, fresh, tasty and priced really well. it's probably one of the most recession friendly nice restaurants I know.
