I used to love this place but the delivery service has gone completely downhill. There is always something wrong with my order. The last time they sent the wrong sandwich and then proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. I have been a very loyal customer so much so they practically know my delivery information by heart. So, I had them pick up my order and I will never use them again. They used to be my favorite deli.

This is a great little corner deli type place. The negative reviews are contrary to my hundreds of experiences there. Try them you'll be happy. Never had or heard a rude comment or got a wrong order.

They deliver pretty well, they have great burgers, omelettes all day, and other eats. Never had a problem getting what I want, and inside it is clean and not a complete dump like some other "cafes" Friendly staff as well

If you want what you ordered, then this is not the place for you. You will also be accused of saying that you ordered what they happen to give you and they will fight you about it. It has happened to me, my husband and my neighbor. It is so odd!

The food is good, but the people are so amazingly rude. It is too bad because it is convenient to my home, but I will not be going there due to the lack of respect they give their customers.

We're from Chicago and recently spent a week staying in your neighborhood. We loved Cafe on Broadway. It's fast, very fresh, and friendly. Compared to Chicago prices it's reasonable - actually comparable. We were able to eat something fresh and healthy before starting our sightseeing binge for the day! Wish we had you here in Chicago!

Seriously the manager insisted that it would cost me an extra $1.50 for a salad from their salad bar without the lettuce! He would have kept the greens, which are not pre-measured in bowls, but just loose, and I should pay more??? He was rude and insistent about his policies, but he lost a regular customer. Trying to get an extra $1.50 and losing a $20 + order is poor business practice if you ask me!
