Wrong orders
If you want what you ordered, then this is not the place for you. You will also be accused of saying that you ordered what they happen to give you and they will fight you about it. It has happened to me, my husband and my neighbor. It is so odd!

Rude service
The food is good, but the people are so amazingly rude. It is too bad because it is convenient to my home, but I will not be going there due to the lack of respect they give their customers.

Great place if you're on the run
We're from Chicago and recently spent a week staying in your neighborhood. We loved Cafe on Broadway. It's fast, very fresh, and friendly. Compared to Chicago prices it's reasonable - actually comparable. We were able to eat something fresh and healthy before starting our sightseeing binge for the day! Wish we had you here in Chicago!

Extra charges for less!!
Seriously the manager insisted that it would cost me an extra $1.50 for a salad from their salad bar without the lettuce! He would have kept the greens, which are not pre-measured in bowls, but just loose, and I should pay more??? He was rude and insistent about his policies, but he lost a regular customer. Trying to get an extra $1.50 and losing a $20 + order is poor business practice if you ask me!

Iced what?!
I can't really speak to the food, seemed to be pretty standard for what the establishment is. All I wanted today was a large Iced Coffee, saw that they had Iced Hazelnut, so I went with it. Cost me JUST under $3!!! And was no bigger than your standard Iced that can be found at a street cart--clearly I should have waited til I got around the corner! The worst part was not that it was the most expensive Iced Coffee I've had in a while, but that I could barely taste the coffee, they put in too much milk and the coffee itself was way too watered down! Poor value, probably won't return--this is the kind of place that gives the UWS a bad reputation.

Excellent, Fast and Friendly
First, I live around the corner and order something delivered at least 7x a week from this place. Second, food here is good to excellent, especially the egg white scrambles and burgers. And the few times there have been a problem with incorrect or incomplete delivery, they have been quick to correct. Lastly, whoever considers the prices here high, must be from out of town in a different decade. Essentially the same general cost as any Hot and Crusty, and less that Cafe Europa. BEST IN NEIGHBORHOOD/10 block radius

Well here's something else
we walked in twice to buy breakfast food to go, and each time the order was wrong. (wrong bagel/wrong muffin). We thought we'd give it a shot again ;Tonight we ordered, and guess what? They got the simple order (2 items)wrong again!! So guess what? Lotsa luck, 'cause we will not patronize this place again, ever.
