    Mostly awesome

They have great food that reminds me of my cousin's (my family is from Burma). So the food is authentic, and very delicious. I just wish they would fix the phone line or go on seamless so I could order delivery from this place :/

    Best food for great price

The food is addictive. This is my favorite place on the Upper East Side for lunch. Please check out this place. The night market noodles and the lemon chicken are two of my favorites. Plus the staff is great.

    Amazing food

This restaurant is above average in all respects -- but above all else--the food is to die for. Try the Rangoon Night Market Noodles or the Mango Chicken. Keep the only Burmese restaurant in NYC alive and cookin'

    Love this place

The food here is really great! I recommend the golden ruby shrimp, spicy papaya salad, curry chicken and mango chicken. I always get a combination of these. I am about to try their banana desert, which I have high expectations for. Love this place because when I get tired of the usual japanese, chinese, american or other cuisine this is a really great alternative. The people are very friendly and the food is not only different but very very tasty. I always order in, but I remember walking by this restaurant a few months ago. I wasnt necessarily impressed by the exterior decor but I cant speak to what it would look like inside because I have never been. But its all about the food, so try it! you will always come back for more, I do.

    Great little place

We had the vegetable red curry with mangoes and chicken curry. Both were really good, the vegetables were fresh and not overcooked and the chicken was tender. The red curry was coconut based and tangy - not full of sugar like thai food. and the chicken curry was tomatoes, onions, lots of spices. Didn't seem too heavy on the oil. The waiter was extremely nice and the decor is pretty interesting - a throwback with full wall murals. I would definitely go back again!
