unfriendly service!
Never had such unfriendly phone service from a place.. Especially calling @ 3pm, you would think the place wasn't that busy! Food is fine, bland, lots of better options in the area.

Poor Service
Their deli meat is never fresh and their delivery staff never speak English well! Always a hassle when having to order food.

Good Soup ..
Stick to the soups and you'll be happy enuf'. Service leaves much to be desired.

Deliver me Luscious
What a great place. Metro is speedy and delicious. After ordering for ages from places like Pro Bagel and NY Thai and Grill, with mixed results, particularly from NY Thai (subpar 50% of the time), Metro has been the mistress of mid-day-delight that I have longed for.

Perfect for Lunch
I'm suprised more haven't rated Cafe Metro, it is a busy place. The value is great. I got 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup (which is a big serving) for $7. You can get free fresh bread at the counter.

Catering Too
I work in the area of Cafe metro. I have been a customer since they opened. I recently ordered their Catering. It was an amazing experience. The people were so professional and the presentation was beautiful. In true Cafe Metro style it was wonderful.
