One of the un-great places in NY...
This was the only game in town in my office building so for two years I ate here, but only when the weather was too awful to leave the building! Every time, no matter what I got, the food was poor - and this applies to salad and salad stuffs, pasta, sandwiches, you name it. No one speaks English, there is no customer service, if you sign up for email specials you will NEVER get off their spam list (to this day, still getting their emails!!), and the food is very expensive, especially for what it is.

Very spotty service
I've had very mixed experiences here. Sometimes all goes smoothly. And then sometimes it's virtually impossible to get the attention of the fry cooks. It's almost as if they wilfully ignore you. There are lots of other places in the neighborhood where you get treated much better.

Faster Delivery, Great Food
I was surprised at how fast they deliver. It seemed even faster than waiting in line to get the food if you actually go there. Food is great, they have a good variety of pizza, pasta, sandwiches, quesedillas (however you spell it) and soups.

Be aware that delivery has frequently taken over an hour, and sometimes over an hour and a half.

Great Pasta on the Go!!
Pasta made as in an Italian Restaurant!! Sauces are stunning and a lot of ingredients to pick from!! Great for lunch deliveries. Everything is fresh!!
