Worked for me!
We visited Care Metro before a concert at Carnegie. It was fast and the food was good. We had a more than adequate hot sandwich and great soup. The service was weak iffy: non -English speaking and a bit grumpy, but we were happy enough with our supper. We made the concert in plenty of time.

This place must be preying on tourists..
$12.00 for a bagel with salmon, no frills. I've lived in NYC for a decade, and never been so ripped off. Basic food, brusque incompetent service (and this was for a to go order of one item). Thank goodness I didn't go for capers and a tomato, it could've reached 20$ for a basic deli-quality bagel sandwich. They also neglected to put napkins in the bag also, I guess to save money.... I suppose it's because it's next to Carnegie Hall and the Park, and European guests may not notice that they're being fleeced until they go anywhere else for a tiny, casual meal. 4$ for a Gatorade, by the way. I'll go anywhere else in my neighborhood for a bagel and salmon, couldn't be worse or more expensive.
