Choice, value, quality
I come from England and spent 3 full days in NYC - we ate lunch each day at the Manhatten Cafe. I always went for the oriental buffet and my wife, being more adventurous, had something different each day, albeit twice going for different Mexican dishes. The food is delicious (the beef dish on the oriental buffet was heaven), well-presented, varied and, by NYC standards, cheap. Add to that efficient and unfussy service means that I cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone visiting the posh shops of 5th and 6th Avenues.

We had breakfast three times and lunch a couple of times. All times were very good. Lunch being the best, great selection, quality and comparing with Manhattan's prices not bad at all! Highly recommend it!! Tonight I'm having sushi... Yah!

Perfect breakfast!
A perfect place to start your day in NY - a no nonsense choice of everything your heart desires (fruit, oatmeals, pancakes, yoghurt, bread, good coffee & tea etc. etc.) at a very fair price. And a kind smiling staff.

Great place near Rockerfeller Center
I stopped in to have lunch and found the sandwich/pasta/fresh fruit combo dish that I bought really good and reasonably priced. Everything was self served (so that is why it gets a 3 for service) but they did have a made to order salad bar that you could have them add whatever ingredients you wanted in your salad. Besides sandwiches, pasta, salads they also have serve hot deli food. They have a few tables by the window (good for people watching) but they have more tables upstairs. Lots of business people from offices nearby coming in to have lunch. When I'm visiting the city I definitely would come back here.

Need descriptions!
Multiple choices; decent food... but i'm getting slightly annoyed by these delis that dont list the ingredients of their salad bar foods. As a vegetarian, I'd like to know what i'm eating, and many of their selections have veggies and meat mixed in but its so hard to tell whats what!

A Wide Range of Choices
Stopped in before heading off to LGA last month and was impressed by the number of choices. Prices were right too.
