I love this place to eat in or take out. If you've never had it please get the greek salad chopped with a chicken burger on top...its THE BEST!!! Service is fantastic with I eat in with or without my kids and when i get delivery they never miss a beat. Yes, it's slightly pricey for a diner/cafe but if you can look past it, it is totally worth it for the quality and service!

Since several other restaurants near them closed, they've inherited business and are often rushing to keep up. Same food items vary widely from visit to visit, and I have been charged 5 different prices for the SAME breakfast ranging from $11 to $14.95. Really inconsistent.

is a must here! Also, the chicken slouvaki is great and at a reasonable price. Free refills on soda.

My Grandfather is in his nineties, still managing to get around god bless him, and goes to Luka every morning for his egg and coffee. The waiters know him by name, even the busboys and they all take the time to come over to say hello. The owners always make a special point of coming over to shake his hand, its really fantastic what they do over there. There arent too many business owners who treat customers that well.

Cafe Luka is mt favorite place to eat. They have delicious food at good prices. The service staff is just amazing, from the busboys to the owners. They are always quick to see how you are doing. My daughter loves them. They always treat her as if she was their own. In her eyes, Cafe Luka is the only option we have when going out to eat. My husband loves the fact that they deliver late, because he is lazy and doesn't like to leave the apartment. We do always go on Sundays and have breakfast together. Just love the Popeye Omelet. We have been going to Cafe Luke for the past 5 years and will continue to do so. Glad there is a place I know I can go to and always walk out happy.

The food at Cafe Luka is really hit or miss. The salads and omlets are great - but I ordered a turkey burger the other day and it was dry. Also, I once ordered motzah ball soup that was no good. If you avoid the turkey burgers and soup - you should be good!

I found this cafe delivers late. I decided to order a Cobb Salad chopped and onion rings. The delivery came in a reasonable time. The onion rings were delicious! The cob salad was weird. First I asked for it to be chopped and they only chopped the lettuce. There were big chunks of chicken that were delicious. But there were huge chunks of blue cheese that was really gross to look at and bite into. The whole thing was strange but all the ingredients were fresh and tasted really good. I guess it's personal choice. So definitely not a disappointing. Will continue to review each place I order in from as a new Yorkville resident!
