Tried this place last Friday and it's really fantiastic -- service is warm and welcoming, great selection of wines and beers and interesting cocktail menu -- I'm going for the Lower East Sider next time! The vegetarian cheesy spaetzle dish is to die for(it's equal to fab mac-n-cheese), but the beef ghoulash sauce needed some more seasoning, though the beef was super tender . The bartender (Greek guy) and owners Irving and Andrew make you feel at home and like you've known them for a long time -- they used to work at Monkey Bar once upon a time. Oh, try the pear grappa -- it'll knock your sox off!

This Austrian little place is great, staff is very welcoming and do their job with love. Really make you feel like home. The owners are both chefs, no wonder the food is so goooooood and well presented. You'll see them around too, they are not afraid to come up to you and introduce themselves, take your order, clean your table, bring you a drink.... Been there 3 times, so far and it has been fantastic, either for dinner or just drinks and sharing plates with friends. For such a small place, there's an impressive selection of draft & bottle beers Austrian & German with a couple of domestic breweries. Most of them served in their own glasses with several offered at different sizes. The 15 or so wine selections, ALL BY THE GLASS, are well picked and a great value, don't miss their cocktails very interesting as well, and all these at very affordable prices. Keep it up guys.

Go now because this place will be packed once it's found out. Small, atmospheric restaurant with small plates of meat, salads, warm pretzels etc. Great beer selection. Probably 15 or so from Austria. Definitely worth checking out, and if it sounds good go now because in December it will be packed solid every night.

Tryed it today for first time and I cannot believe how affordable the food is. There is also a great selection of on tap beers and our server treated us like family.
