    Great Value

The food here is great for the value. The service is ok but what should i expect when paying these prices. If you go at the right time you may not need to wait for a table. Great cuban that calls my name.

    Amazing!

I love Cafe Habana! The corn is a must. Although the place is very crowded, it's worth the visit! I've never had a bad experience here!

    eeh

The service is very bad. However if the food is great I can look past the crappy service- but its not. Really the only thing worth getting is the corn...oh and the mojito's.

    Disappointed

The only authentic cuban thing about this place are its name and the cuban sandwich. Cuban cuisine does not include hamburgers, tacos, or quesadillas, and that's just the beginning. That said, the food is pretty good, but it is still far from being the best latin restaurant in the city.

    Cuban?

Everyone's entitled to their opinion but when reviewing a place people should refrain from using the word 'best' too much too easily just because he/she's excited about the place. As a Cuban native I get offended and then saddened by claims like, "It's the best Cuban in the city.." for it ain't Cuban and if you insist, it ain't the best either.

    meh

The rice and beans were great, just like at my favorite cuban spot in midtown. The Pernil - or "Roast Pork" was only average and the cuban sandwich was not pressed! It is not a cuban if it is not pressed and crunchy. The place is tiny and very cramped so be prepared to basically share your space with the people next to you. Not sure what all the hype is about.

    Very Overrated

If you have never had decent cuban food, you would think this place has the best. But all it has is decent. Even the famed corn is really not that great. It is fairly priced for the neighborhood but it is tiny and not clean. You are sitting on top of the other tables, and the bathroom is dirty. Service slow and aloof. Essentially this place is 90% hype, 10% pretty good latin food. Not at all worth the hour wait on any given day.
