One Cashier in particular is way too nasty to customers. I experienced her rudeness just now and all my co-workers have also in the past. I have endured up to this point but never going back again. They should learn to train the workers better.

I agree with everyone. The men behind the counter are VERY rude. It is very obvious that they are talking about you in another language. They act as though you are bothering them. ps to the cooks...I speak spanish :-o)

I went to this restaurant after a night at the club. I order a chicken cutlet sandwich and found out that I had to pay extra for lettuce and tomatoes. That would be OK if the plain sandwich wasn't already so expensive. The guy making the sandwich was totally rude and the cashier was no better. I thought my experience was unique but it seems that most everyone agrees with me. Never again will I patronize this cafe!

I have seen the pre-made sandwiches , I asked at the deli to make me one more fresher, than the one in the fridge which was too wet and looks like was sitting there for a long time, there were two guys working at the deli, one was acting like he was making the sandwich and the other was re packing the old sandwich in a new slices of bread! of course I took the sandwich and left it at the fridge with the others and walked out not buying anything

over crowded, impolite cashiers, and somewhat overpriced. i will still eat there because they have the fastest delivery service on the block and after years of eating there i've never gotten sick from eating there. After getting tired of long lines, receiving dirty looks and being talked at by the cashiers, i now order my food over the phone.

Our experience with Cafe Duke was great. We will visit again.
