    I go to Dukes mainly for their Udon. Fast service and delicious udon.

    No more!

    Food looks good, but has no taste. Service as bad or worse then the cold food. I totally recommend... staying away from there

    Poor Service

    Just about everyone that works in this deli is RUDE. Especially the men at the salad bar. Food looks great but tastes terrible. Don't bother coming here unless you want to get dirty looks and a bad attitude from the workers.

    Liked it

    Daughter and I visiting from Ohio had breakfast and lunch here - food was good/ little language barrier but overall decent service. Coffee was the worst but otherwise still found it to be reasonable, clean, good choices, and pleasant enough.

    I Don't Get It

    If I owned a restaurant in such a prime location, I would work the pre- and post-theatre population who don't have the time or the money for the swanky spots. I dashed into Cafe Duke to grab a sandwich before a show. About 80% of their tables were vacant, possibly explained by the fact that the sandwich guy and the cashier made it pretty clear that I was disrupting them, although they weren't serving anyone at the time. Both of them claimed to be out of items I asked for, even though they were visible in plain sight. Perhaps a language barrier interfered with hospitable service, but their surly scowls needed no translation.

    Unpleasant Cashier

    One Cashier in particular is way too nasty to customers. I experienced her rudeness just now and all my co-workers have also in the past. I have endured up to this point but never going back again. They should learn to train the workers better.

    Rudeness

    I agree with everyone. The men behind the counter are VERY rude. It is very obvious that they are talking about you in another language. They act as though you are bothering them. ps to the cooks...I speak spanish :-o)
