    Salty, Rude, Expensive & MSG!

Their food is SALTY! I tried the buffet and their korean specialties and both were horribly salty with MSG (I get stomach cramp when I ingest some so I know). Everyone in the deli was rude. Super over-priced items. I liked the fact that they have so many different stuff but I found the same piece of chocolate $2 less in one of the concourse stores. Never again.

    Rude!

Cafe Duke's offers good, if pricey, food, as well as an interesting variety. However, on a recent visit, I encountered a verbally abusive staff person, who actually yelled at me. No excuse for that.

$8.17 for Egg&Cheese on a Roll and an Iced Americano.

This place just nickels and dimes you to death. There are just too many other options to overpay by 30% for every meal.

    Overpriced and Mediocre

They charge a ridiculous amount for average food. Decent sandwiches, but they're $8 each. They overcharge for just about everything in the place. The only reason they have so much business is because it is in a convenient location and it is quick and easy. I wouldn't recommend going on a regular basis, as the value is terrible it just isn't that good. Many better options out there.

    Mad-a-rita Pizza

The food is not as half as bad as the service. Never a smile, unattentive chefs when preparing your pizza or taking orders. The cashiers have swiped my credit cards for someone else's order on more than one occassion. I only went back a second time because of convenience. Not spending another dime there until their service improves.

This place is amazing (not in the good way)

I had to come back and re-post b/c I visited Cafe Duke in person tonight for the 1st time and they are worse in person. I attempted to order the whole wheat pizza from one guy. He didn't understand so he got someone else. I asked the 2nd guy if any of the slices sitting out were whole wheat dough. He had a major attitude and proceeded to tell me what toppings they had. So I asked the question once more (even though he was practically yelling at me). Again he said "no, all we have is plain and pepperoni." I thanked him out of habit.

    Fabulous Whole Wheat Pizza

If you can get by the guy who takes the phone orders, this pizza is worth it! This is by far the best whole wheat pizza I've had. They are not big on getting your order right, so beware if you don't like certain toppings. However, I've never had a better combo of cheese, sauce and whole wheat dough. The guy who takes the orders however, doesn't speak fluent english and has an attitude to boot. Its a great combination! Their prices are great but I don't call them much b/c I have lost patience lol.
