We had been once before we had our baby and the food was decent, and we had seen a stroller there so we figured it was fine- well apparently not! We came for brunch and the restaurant was pretty empty including the two huge booths at the back but the waitress and the hostess scrunched up their faces and asked if we could take the 6 month old baby out of the stroller so they could fold it up and put it away? They then proceeded to pretty much just be overall rude to us until we left. Sorry but Williamsburg is now stroller city so stop pretending its still a cool hipster scene! Somehow they agreed to let us stay (oh by the way our baby was sleeping not yelling or anything). Anyways it was pretty much the rudest i have been treated since i had a child and the fact that i then had to deal with a dank indoor smell means that this is the first review i have ever written on here because I was absolutely appalled at how rude the people here. Will never be back!

Our favorite neighborhood spot in williamsburg. Consistently excellent!

After reading some of the previous reviews I was reluctant to try it. I had a wonderful experience, the food was delicious, the atmosphere heavenly and the service was great. Everything was thoroughly enjoyable, give it a try.

I used to love Colette. It was consistently good and service was always nice but I was seriously disappointed this time. After waiting 15mins for our server to acknowledge us we ordered 2 simple egg breakfast meals. It was a disaster, my poached eggs had boiled water floating on the plate and zero taste. The potatoes tastes like oil and the bread was too hard to eat -not worth $13. We tried to make the best of it but it was disaster. We ended eating food elsewhere!

We waited 30 minutes to order and an hour to get the food. The food wasn't unappetizing, but or the money... Wow what a joke. Hipster waitstaff doesn't care about the customers. The tables are too close together as well. Please don't waste your time or money at this place.

Had great hopes for something that is occupying the former space of one great and one very good restaurant, but this is disappointing and nothing special, basically just a glorified diner with unhelpful staff. So go for the burger and fries, expect attitude, and you will be fine.

The decor and ambiance is fun and cool but the food is pretty mediocre. The menu is a bit all over the place for dinner but brunch is better. I had a chance to try a few things: cheeseburger (not impressive, shredded lettuce is nasty to me and the meat sorta bland) fish tacos (a step up from the cheesburger, has more flavor) their lobster was good but I haven't seen it on the menu in a while. Overall, the food could use more flavor and be better quality. I kept going there hoping it'll get better but I think I'll just go for their good cocktails for now on. Or maybe I just ordered the wrong thins.
