A friend took me here for my birthday this week and I had such a wonderful time! The service was beyond belief, even the bus boy was a joyful human being, so how good must this place be? The food was great, too, and I am so happy to know of another wonderful place to eat that won't break my bank account. Thanks!

Had dinner before Smooth Jazz Cruise at Chelsea Pier ... a quick 10 min walk away. Nice price fix at $19.99 wine, good gazpacho and salmon entree with veg and rice. Bread while we waited was excellent and service and meal was quite nice and a real value ... they even participate with Rewards Network for 8% discount. Service was real good and great NewYork feel in Chelsea

I loved this place. Felt like I was in Europe the minute I walked in the door. But the 3rd and 4th visit lacked the delicious food I yearned for. 3rd time: The salmon was dry and Chef Ramsey would have had a field day with the perfectly muffin tin formed glob of rice. 4th: I love rare but the steak was almost raw. Please change it back!

everything was perfect! the hangar steak was amazing... cooked to perfection! the soup of the day was lentil... the serving size was too much to finish, but it was delicious! the waiter was sooo great... he kept coming over to check on us... and even refilled our wine glasses a few times!

I get catering from them about 1-2 times a month and they always accommodate our high-maintenance orders. They also work with us on our budget too. Ask to speak with the charming Silvia, the catering manager. Everything sounds better when it's said with a French accent! :D

I found this cute place and now I go back at least once a week. There is a great Hangar Steak special for $18.95 that includes a glass of wine, salad and entree. The waiters are very pleasant. I love this place. It is very comfortable and the food is always excellent. Great pasta bolognese also.

Stopped by for dessert and they were great. My wife says that the Creme Brulee was some of the best she'd had
