    THIS PLACE SUX

Have been going here for some time and it was decent at best, but after they have this 50% off special things started to change for the worse, first of all we ordered spinach dip and it came with bread but not enough so we asked for more bread, when we got the bill they charged us for 2 orders of bread,i mean c'mon how else can we eat the dip...bread is included free everywhere else. Second thing is the service is sloooow, they should be called Cafe Turtle. So inconclusion this place sux.

    good food, nice internet cafe

I came here primarily to use as a daytime internet cafe. The guy who works here (I think owns it), is a really cool European dude. Very accommodating and friendly. The lady is nice too (I think Polish), although she's the only one working the tables so service suffers a little. Right now they seem to have a 50% off anniversary sale, and their food is really good. The Chicken kebab I would try. Also, I've noticed a decent stream of hot women coming in here to have a cafe on the patio.

    subpar service

although the restaurant has good food, the service is subpar. they advertise free wireless internet, but make nasty rude comments toward customers who sit there for a while working on their laptops (even if ordering food while working)... totally understood if there are lines for tables, but this happens when the restaurant is empty. very disappointed in treatment of customers.

    50% off - 50% of mediocre food

Went into Cafe Brama yesterday lured by the anniversary 50% off food promotion. What a waste! Not only was the food just mediocre - 2 dry sticks of "chicken souvlaki" with a mound of plain white rice, bland vinagrette on the salad and an overdone 'greek' burger but the portions were incredibly small probably because it was 1/2 price. (although watch out how they figure '50% off, it's much more expensive than you think.) The table next to us asked for more fish because the portion was so small. Would I go back? Not likely because even if the portions were normal sized I wouldn't pay that much for such so so food at their overpriced regular menu prices.

    ehh

Overpriced. This is an odd place. It is more of a coffee shop than restaurant. I was excepting Greek food...I had to get a burger. It was a decent burger, but not excellent for the price. The atmosphere is weird.

    Great experience

I had a great experience eating dinner at Cafe Brama. Our waiter was a pleasant fellow and the food was really great. We went there around 5:30 or 6 pm and it wasn't crowded which gave it a really pleasant atmosphere. It is a bit dark inside which was fine by me. We sat along the wall on the left side by the lights and had candles on our table, so it wasn't as dark as if you sat on the right side. The food was just a tad bit pricey, but not more than I'd expect in New York. In fact, it seemed cheaper than some other places I'd looked at in the area. Everything we had was excellent. We very unfortunately didn't get a chance to stay for coffee or dessert, but no one left over-full or still hungry. The portions were just right. The food selection was great, though not extensive if, like me, you are a vegetarian. If so, I suggest the St. Mark's salad. Also, I especially suggest getting their eggplant dip, it's absolutely amazing. Also, if you're looking to shop after you eat, there's great stuff along 3rd avenue and in the surrounding area. My experience there earns an A+ all around!

    Great Cappuccino

This is a nice lay back place I go occasionally. They serve great cappuccino. Mikado desert is awesome.
