With food this tasty, everyone should go vegan
oh, that's right--not everyone can afford to go vegan. perhaps one day organic vegan fare will become more affordable. the food is SOOO delicious, well-prepared, healthy. the staff was very professional. only a 4.5 for atmosphere because there was an odor emanating from the just-polished hardwood floors that was quite strong (we visited the restaurant just days after it opened, but still--to smell noxious fumes while consuming such tasty vegan treats was rather a buzz kill). otherwise, the layout, table setting, decor, etc was fantastic. HIGHLY recommend this place for lunch and dinner. will find time to try their brunch. oh, hey--BLOSSOM: while you're in the process of expansion, how about you consider a smallish store in Washington Heights? i'd order from you at least 3x week! :-)

Tasty food for Vagan, Vegetarian and even meat eater like myself!
Seitan piccata was cut about 2 bite sizes and it tasted very meaty good (but then, it was bit sour for me. Adding honey over made really tasty like Chinese orange beef but then can not do for Vegans. Chocolate strawberry parfait- chocolate was rich, very rich and dense but fresh strawberry cut the richness and cream (I have no idea what kind of cream that was...?) smooth the richness of chocolate and made easier to enjoy. I am very full and happy.
